On October 7th, all residents of Israel and Jews around the world were shocked by the cruelty of Hamas terrorists. Our hearts are torn by the deaths and injuries of many civilians and soldiers. We all yearn for peace and the end of such violence. We also grieve for the suffering of innocent people in Gaza and hope for a future where both Israelis and Palestinians can live in harmony. In these difficult times, it is essential to stand together, support one another, and hold on to the hope for a future where such atrocities no longer occur. Peace and unity remain our greatest aspirations.
A series of paintings that combine biblical texts with bright colors, in order to express the purity of prayer, the brightness of spirituality.
The “Family” series explores themes of family bonds and emotions such as love, acceptance, compassion, humor, and playfulness. These emotions are expressed both symbolically and abstractly. Part of this series was presented at the Florence Biennale in October 2021. The series was also exhibited in Israel, at Atelier Berlin, and in the United States. Several works were sold, and the series was honored with the Woman Essence Award for its artistic and emotional depth.
When light meets water, joy flickers on the white canvas.
A series of paintings that celebrate the brightness of nature.
I often paint in strong and optimistic colors that give me hope, joy, vitality, daring and energy while reflecting on my inner world. I try to convey these feelings to the viewers so that they can see the reflection of their inner world, as well as the outer world. The landscapes are intentionally generic kind of landscapes so that the viewers can find their own landscapes in them.
In this series I hoped to capture various landscapes going through the changes of the seasons. Every season evokes different emotions, thoughts and feelings. Even though the paintings are inspired by different places around the world that I have visited, I hoped to capture landscapes that every viewer will feel familiar with.
The enchanted blue of the Lupine flowers lay like rugs on the magical view of my city. It always takes me back to a time when my mother took us hiking and would teach us the names of every flower we encountered. I continued her path by teaching my husband and my kids about the flowers they’ve encountered through the years. This deep color of blue always imprints a sense of sweet nostalgia, that I wish to instill within the hearts of those viewing these paintings.
Vacations with family and friends always make me feel good and excite me. They bring calmness and curiosity to new places, landscapes, and cultures. These works in acrylic on canvas are painted with bright colors and quick brushstrokes expressing the excitement and joy that a vacation brings with it.
Trees are one of my favorite things to paint. I grew up with pine trees all around me, and since then they symbolize roots and where I came from. As years have gone by I feel in awe of how generous the trees are in their stability, strength and growth.
These paintings are all about freedom and that 'wow' feeling you get in wide-open spaces. The colors and strokes bring nature's beauty to life, inviting you to escape and explore boundless landscapes.
Nature is a place to breathe and renew. A quiet space to gather strength, reconnect with the earth, and remember resilience, growth, and the gentle power of renewal
